On Tap this Weekend – 12/16/17
Juice’s Counterculture, 6.8% ABV – Our collaboration beer brewed with our friends from Ballast Point. Drawing on Ballast Point’s use of citrus zest with their hoppy beers and our love of the the Northeast Style IPA, we added huge doses of Citra and Mosaic hops with orange zest. This beer was fermented with two English yeast strains and sacchromyces trois yeast.
Pine Tree, 6.8% ABV – Our Holiday season Northeast style IPA tastes like cold pressed Pine Tree juice in a glass. Featuring 100% chinook hops in the boil and dry hop process, you’ll recognize notes of pine needle, conifer sap, and spice.
Holstein, 5.6% ABV – Holstein is our milk stout with English malts, notes of chocolate and roasted barley, and a chewy mouthfeel with a velvety finish. This batch features Oddly Correct El Salvador roast coffee and Tanzania cacao.
Rockhill and Locust, 3.6% ABV – This English Mild is our first coffee and beer collaboration with our friends from Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters in Midtown KC. Oddly Correct chose their Kenyan Gicherori Peaberry coffee for Kenya’s previous ties to England as a British territory.
Fleur de Levure, 5.8% ABV – Saison-style ale featuring a rustic blend of malts, German noble hops, and our house saison yeast. Aroma and flavor notes of flowers, citrus, and clove; layered against a dry and spicy finish.
Fleur de Brett, 6.4% ABV – Saison-style ale featuring a rustic blend of malts, German noble hops, our house saison yeast, and wild yeast isolates. Aroma and flavor notes of citrus, cherry pie, and earthy-straw characteristics; layered against an exceptionally dry and spicy finish.
Vacation Island, 4% ABV – Our session sour ale features aromas and flavors from your favorite vacation beverages. Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats and pink Himalayan sea salt. Tart, refreshing, and highly drinkable! We currently have 5 variants available, so come in to see what is being served on the rotating taps.

If you open/consume containers of alcohol outside our tasting room premise, please be advised there is strong law enforcement presence along 63rd St. and you can be arrested.
