Bottle Release Friday 2/8

In advance of Valentine’s Day, we have a special bottle release planned for this Friday, 2/8. This limited release is a variant of our barrel-aged sour ale, Biere de Ferme, that was fermented for 3 months in neutral French oak chardonnay barrels, then aged for 2 months on a large amount of cranberries and cherries. This beer has a lovely tart flavor, notes of cherry pie filling and cranberry marmalade, and a beautiful dark red color. We’ve found this sour ale pairs great with dark chocolate! Stop by this weekend to try Biere de Ferme on tap, and pick-up bottles to-go.

PSA!!!! The fruit profile in our Biere de Ferme beer is at its peak when we deliver to you in bottle format. Feel free to drink whenever you like, but we recommend drinking the beer in the first few months after purchase to enjoy the vibrant fruit characters.
